Attendance Management

Attendance module in HRM facilitates better time keeping. It enables accurate calculation of working hours which helps in payroll computation for an organization. It includes scenarios like self-attendance request, self-attendance request approval, employee attendance summary and attendance summary.

What can you manage ?

    HR can maintain all employees attendance record based on working hours of IN and OUT of an employee. In this Administrator can view the employee attendance summary of a particular month. If an employee is assigned different shifts (day, night) based on requirement in an organization we can record type of shift and working hours. Attendance management helps to enter attendance manually in case of failure/absence of biometric /mobile attendance. We can also have option Employee can request for attendance approval to the manager when he/she is working from home/client office .It also helps the employees to check whether attendance request is approved/disapproved. Employees has an option to see their own attendance with working hours based on IN time and OUT time. Attendance reports helps Administrator to see organization's Employees attendance with department wise employee’s complete attendance with working hours based on in time and out time and knows whether the employee is present or not for that particular day with in the selected dates.
