How do I sign up with Relgo Networks?

Click on 'Join for free' it will direct you to Registration page, where you can find various Account Registration options, among them Basic service is a free service. Select the option according to your requirement. Finish the registration process to access your account.

What are different types of products and services provided by Relgo?

Relgo provides two different Services namely.

Web based Services for intuitive contact management utilizing relationship networks.
Relgolook Application building networks in Microsoft Outlook 2003.

What is Relgolook?

Relgolook runs as a Microsoft Outlook Addon. Relgolook can be used to build and use relations networks from e-mails, contacts and other collaboration activity, to organize current and archived mail, upload and merge network information and perform peer-to-peer sharing.

How can I download Relgolook?

If you are a registered user download Relgolook from download page after logged on to your account. If you are a non member, you can download Relgolook by clicking on 'Downloads' tab in default page and provide your Email ID to start downloading Relgolook.

Name different types of Web based applications offered by Relgo?

There are three different types of Web based services offered by Relgo.

Relgo Basic Network Service.
Relgo Premium Network Service.
Relgo Business Network Service.

What is Relgo Network?

Using Relgo Network you can build your relations network, organize your contacts and communicate with them more easily. Share your networks among your contact.

What is a Relation?

Relation refers to the contacts that you have with the people around you. It may be family member or friend etc.

What is difference between a contact and relation?

A contact is a person where we meet in our business life or work place where as a relation is a family, friend relation etc.

What are Relation Tasks?

Relation Tasks are set of tasks designed for utilizing your contact network. These tasks help communicate with your contact and perform common operations such as building your networks, collaborating and keeping track of transactions. e.g. create relation, create group etc.

What is a Network? What are different types of networks?

A Network is a set of groups. There are three different Networks.

My Network, it is your default network provided by Relgo.
Shared Network, this is the network that can be shared with in your contacts.
Trusted Network

What is shared network? Why do we use network?

Shared Network is used to build relations of network for specific purpose such as My Business contacts and to invite people to our existing network i.e. I can share my relations/contacts with in my relations/contacts.

How to create a shared network?

Click on 'New Private Network' located under 'Relation Tasks' and follow the steps given below.

Name the Network.
Set the Privacy.
Describe your Network, which is optional.
Select Network Type (Administered Network, Directory Network, Others).
Finally click on 'Create'.

What is a group? Why do we create a group? How to create a Group?

Under Relation Tasks, you can find New Group. Click on New group and follow the steps given below

Name the Group.
Set the Privacy.
Select the Group Type.
Group can be described in your own words, which is optional.
Finally click on Create.

How to add a new relation to my network?

Select network and group from networks view.
Then under relation tasks you will find New Relation.
Click on New Relation enter the required fields and finally click Create.

How to Send a Message to my contact?

Select the relation. You can do it by clicking on the checkbox before your contact in Home page.
Click on 'Send Message' under 'Relation Tasks'.
Provide message in the following page and click 'Send' to complete the task.

How to Send a Message to all my contacts in a Group?

In Home page, check the Group under 'Networks View'.
Click on 'Send Message' under 'Relation Tasks'.
Provide message in the following page and click 'Send' to complete the task.

How to Send a Message to all my contacts in a one page?

In Home page, check the 'Check All' option.
Click on 'Send Message' under 'Relation Tasks'.
Provide message in the following page and click 'Send' to complete the task.

What are different invitations and how can I Send Invitation to my contact?

There are several types of invitations namely

Relation Invitation
Join Network Invitation
Campaign Invitation
Others (You can specify your own invitation)
Relation invitation can be sent by selecting Request Relationship while adding a contact. Other invitations can be sent clicking on Send Invitation.

How to send a Relation Invitation to my contact?

Select the relation. You can do it by clicking on the checkbox before your contact in Home page.
Click on 'Invite Relation' under 'Relation Tasks'.
Provide message in the following page and click 'Send' to complete the task.

How to send a Relation Invitation to all my contacts in a Group/Network?

In Home page, check the Group/Network under 'Networks View'.
Click on 'Invite Relation' under 'Relation Tasks'.
Provide message in the following page and click 'Send' to complete the task.

What is Request? How can I send a Request to my contact?

Select the relation. You can do it by clicking on the checkbox.
Click on 'Send Request' under 'Relation Tasks'.
Provide message in the following page and click on 'Send' to complete the task.

Can I send same Message or Invitation to more than one contact?

Yes. First select the relations from your Network. Click on 'Send Message' or 'Invite Relation'.

How can I send Message to a contact who is not included in My Network or Shared Network?

It is always good to add your Relations in your Network or Shared Network. In case if you don't wish to add a Relation but, if you wish to send a Message or Invitation here is the solution.

Select any Relation by clicking on the checkbox.
Choose Send Message.
You will be directed to a Send Message page.
Delete the mail id of the Relation you have selected and type the mail id that you want to send the information to.
Fill the Subject and Message and finally click on 'Send'.

Can I send an Invitation to a contact who is not included in My Network or Shared Network?

No. You can send Invitation only to your contacts.

What is the function of Common Contacts? How can I use it?

'Common Contacts' is designed to display a set of common Relations between any two contacts provided at least one Relation must be a registered member to Relgo. Registered member is one who has registered with Relgo. One can use 'Common Contacts' as follows.

Select any Relation by clicking on the checkbox.
Click on 'Find Common Contacts' to see the common contacts of that particular Relation with you.
Select two Relations to see the Common Contacts of the selected relations with you.

What is the function of Tag? How can I use it?

Tag is intended to Tag any Relation or set of Relations with a Name Tag. Tagging makes the search for Relation(s) makes more convenient. One can use Tag as follows.

Select any Relation(s) by clicking on the check box associated with the Relation(s).
Type the text of your choice.
Click on Tag.

What is the function of Notify? How can I use it?

Notify is mainly used for writing short notes. One can use Notify as follows.

Select the Relation(s), by clicking on the check box.
Type the text.
Click on Notify.

How Do I create Family Network?

Here are the steps to create Family Network.

When you sign up on left hand side you can see 'My Network'.
Under My Network you will find 'My Group', where you can add your personal Relations by clicking on 'Create Relation'.
You can you can create other Groups by clicking on 'New Groups' and add your Relations.

There is another option to build your Family using Build Family Network wizard. You can create your Family Network following these Steps.

Click on 'Build Family Network' below 'Build Networks' option in home page.
Select Your Network and group
Add and invite relations (contacts)
once you are done with adding all your contacts
Click on 'Build Network'.

Can I import contacts from other Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo contacts?

Yes. You can import your relations using XML and CSV files from Outlook, Hotmail, and Yahoo contacts.

How do I import contacts from text file or other contact files?

You can import your relations using XML file which can be generated by using Outlook. You can import your Contacts using a .CSV file which can be exported from any POP3 account like Hotmail, Yahoo and Gmail.

What are services? How do I use the services?

Member Services are intended for people who have services to offer e.g. business owners, doctors, lawyers, engineers, consultants etc.

Click on Manage Services from Home page.
Provide the product related information such as Product Name, Product description, and Product URL etc.
In the Product Price field provide the price, select the frequency and click on the >> button.
Under Available Target Customer Criteria, click on New.
Add Customer Classification Name and Criteria.
Select the Gender and Age Group.
Click on Add and then Back.
Click on Associate to set the criteria to your product and then click on 'update' to add your product details.

How can I promote my services through VIRAL/ADVERTISEMENT Marketing Campaign?

Select the Service and click on Manage Campaign.
Select the Campaign Type.
Provide Campaign Name, Campaign Description, Campaign Start Date and Campaign Duration.
Click on Add.
Finally click on Pay.
You can add Sales Buddies to your Service Network and promote your Services.
Click on start campaign to start your market campaign.

How can I get referral for a service provider such as agent, salesrep from my contact network?

After creating your campaign. Add a Sales Buddy to your service network and promote your Services. Here are the steps to add your Salesbuddy.

Under 'Manage Sales Buddies' provide Salesbuddy Email ID, Sales Incentive.
Then Click on 'Add' button.
If the added Salesbuddy is not a Relgo member you need to sponsor him. If you don't sponsor, send an Invitation to purchase Premium subscription and join your campaign.

How can I upgrade my subscription?

Login with your Account. If you have a Basic Service account, you will have two upgrade options namely, Premium Subscription and Business Subscription.
Choose the subscription of your choice.
Click on Purchase to upgrade.
Complete the payment process to upgrade your account.

I am a stay home Mom, what can I use Relgo subscription for?

You can build your network and stay in touch with your contacts/relation also you can find people, services and relations. If you are using free subscription build a Network of your own with any number of Groups such as Family members, Relatives, Friends etc. and Relations with in the Groups.

If you are using Premium subscription you can create any number of Shared Networks along with the features of a free subscription. You can explain about your Relations to your Kids by using Network Graph. You can build a Fictional Network e.g. Harry potter and explain using Network, Group, Relation, and Network Graph.

If you are using Business subscription, you can promote your services from your home. e.g. If you make some hand crafts, have a day care or would like to arrange a garage sale etc.

I am a professional employee, what can I use Relgo subscription for?

Build private and fictional networks, participate in marketing campaigns if you are using free subscription build a Network of your own with any number of your Work Groups such as Coworkers, Managers and personal relations. If you are using Premium subscription, you can create any number of Shared Networks along with the features of the free subscription. You can build you private networks and share them among your contacts, such as, share your managers network with a new coworker in your organization.

I am a service provider, what can I use Relgo subscription for?

As a Service Provider, you can maintain or build your customer networks, share the Network within your contacts. There is an excellent feature i.e. Relgo Viral Marketing Campaign to promote your services.

I am small business owner, what can I use Relgo for?

You can build your employee and service networks, reach new customers and add campaign services and promote your Services.

I would like to reach my customers and their network for promoting my services. How do I use Relgo for doing that?

To promote your services Relgo provides you a great feature where you can create a Viral/Advertisement Marketing Campaign and add your Sales buddies to that campaigns and promote you products/services through them and reach your customers all over.

How can I see my family tree graphically?

Create your Family network. Click on 'View Network Graph' link from home page. Your will have a graphical view of your Family tree. You can click on the relation to view the Relations tree if he/she is a member of Relgo and has created his/her Family Network.

Can we Edit or Delete accounts?

Client can edit account information, profile, preferences, and privacy at anytime. Relgo maintains right to send communication on services, announcements, administrative messages and subscription information to all its members. You can delete account by sending a mail to support@relgo.com. However Relgo may not delete your account history completely from database or archives.
