  • Goto Common forms, Select a 'Leave Type' under the "Leave Management",
  • By Entering Name of the leaves & No of days (Per Year or Month)we can add Leave Types
    i.e: Sick, Casual,...etc
  • Select Leave type as (casual, sick etc) select specific leave dates, and Number of days available, Total no of days leaves will be shown based on the selected dates. Enter your reason for the leave and submit the request.
  • In Approve Leave Request form, select the dates & Click on Generate Button, list of requests will be shown in a popup, select the downlines requests and click on Approve/Disapprove for the Requested Leaves.
  • In Self Attendance Request Form select “Date” and enter “Intime, Outtime and automatically calculating the Working Hours” and click on submit.
  • Self attendance request will raise to Appropriate Manager then the Manager will approve the Leave request in “Approve Self Attendance Request”
  • This data will effect on Requested employee’s attendance, you can see in Attendance Summary / Attendance Report / Employee Attendance Summary for that day.
In “Approve Self Attendance Request” form,
  • Click on ‘List of requests’ and Select the requested person Self Attendance Request & click on Approve/Disapprove.
  • Goto Common forms, Select a 'Self Payself' under the "Payroll Management",
  • Select any particular month’s ‘FROM date’ and ‘TO date’ and click on Generate.So, that we can generate Salary Slip for Individual Employee
  • Select Leave Type, Select Consider Leave per field for Year/Quarter/Month from that we can allocate leaves to the particular leave type.
  • Enter a New Benefit Name and click on ADD
  • Enter Salary Template Name and click on Add
Add the Salary Componenets
  • Select Template Name and Variable Types (Earnings/Deductions)
  • Select Sub Variables of particular Variables like Gross, Basic etc from Earnings and PF, PT for Deductions.
  • Select Dependency / Gross Pay, enter value and the operator based on dependency the value will be shown in variable value (fixed salary template) and for maximum, minimum salary it shows run time variable box & after entering gross remaining values will automatically shown based on dependency.
  • Map the template to employees in “Add Employee Salary Template” form and map in “Add Employees” form by selecting template name, select Yes or No in ‘Do you want add salary template details’ form (for fixed salary select No and for maximum, minimum salary select Yes)
  • Login into Application,
  • Goto Common forms, Select a 'Own Profile' under the "Organization Management",
  • In Employees Own Profile Form click on Edit and Update the data that are necessary and click on Update.
  • Ater Updating the employees own profile, data wil be effected in Employee Profile.
