Relgolook Trouble Shoot
Unable to find Relgolook toolbar after installation:
For Vista Users:
- Check whether Visual Studio Tools for Office Runtime (VISTOR) has been installed or not in your pc, if not install VISTOR and then re install Relgolook.
- Check your User Access Control and turn it off.
- If you are unable to find Relgolook toolbar even after following the above two steps go to "Disabled items" in Outlook and Enable Relgolook.
- If you are unable to find Relgolook tool bar even after following the above steps go to "View" in tool bar and select "Tool bar" and check "Relations".
Unable to Find Relgolook toolbar after some days:
Check whether Outlook was opened in "Safe mode" or not, if yes go to Disabled items and Enable Relgolook.
For XP and Server 2003 Users:
- Check whether Visual Studio Tools for Office Runtime (VISTOR) has been installed or not in your pc, if not install VISTOR and then re install Relgolook.
- If you are unable to find Relgolook tool bar after installation of VISTOR go to "Disabled items" and Enable Relgolook.
